GYROKINESIS® is an exercise movement modality increasing the functional capacity of the entire body in a harmonious way (roots in Tai Chi, Yoga, Dance).  Juliu Horvath’s personal struggle with injury and chronic pain led to the creation and development of the GYROKINESIS®  Method.
